My name is Simon McCoy. I smuggled Cocaine, for longer than Pablo Escobar. Always an outlaw, not a criminal. I never handled a gun. Now in my sixties, after four decades of evading the law. I am sharing the true story of my life fighting the war against prohibition.
Moving serious amounts of pure cocaine across six continents, I evaded the law and escaped detection. When that failed, I fought and won my freedom.
After a life travelling between South America and the rest of the world. I am now settled and living with my partner, by the beach, writing every day. Still bluffing my way through life, aware nothing is ever what it appears to be or permanent.
When not writing my memoirs, I continue to practice and study Buddhism and support groups fighting to end of the destructive and pointless war on drugs. Whilst still enjoying the occasional swim in warm seas and a walk along the beach.
